Fred began his tutoring journey during his university years, where he quickly noticed that many students didn't lack ability, but rather the confidence to tackle higher-tier exam questions. He saw students overwhelmed by fast-paced classroom environments, often missing the foundational clarity needed to progress.

This realization inspired him to build a tutoring programme that prioritizes psychological confidence. He saw a direct link between a student's belief in their mathematical logic and their performance under pressure, leading to the development of our structured, step-by-step approach.
